Welcome to Tigol. By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this page and all related policy documents.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, we advise you not to continue using the platform. Tigol reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any updates will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.

To register and use Tigol's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. Tigol actively enforces age verification and reserves the right to close any account proven to have been registered by an underage user.
• Register only one account per individual. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual will be considered a violation and may result in the permanent blocking of all associated accounts and their balances.
• Providing identity information that is accurate and up to date at the time of registration. False or misleading information is a serious violation.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity for any purpose on this platform.
• Acting in a personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other business entity.

Your Tigol account is entirely your responsibility. All activity that occurs within your account — whether carried out by you or not — is your responsibility as long as others gain access due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection — this feature is available and strongly recommended.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Contact Tigol's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not access your Tigol account over unsecured public Wi-Fi without using additional protection.

Tigol applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and monitors account activity in real time to detect suspicious patterns. However, security on the user's end remains an important component that we cannot fully control.

Tigol supports multiple deposit methods including local bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga) and digital wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay). All deposit transactions are processed through a secure integrated payment system.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by selected method and will be clearly displayed on the deposit page.
• All deposited funds must come from an account registered in the member's name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Tigol does not cover transfer fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers.
• If a deposit is not processed within the normal timeframe, contact the support team immediately with proof of transfer.

Tigol is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. The average processing time for withdrawals to local bank accounts and digital wallets is under 3 minutes for requests that meet all requirements.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the member's account.
• Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply based on account level. VIP members enjoy higher limits.
• Withdrawals submitted while an account is under security review will be suspended until the review process is complete.
• Tigol reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above a certain amount, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

Tigol periodically offers bonuses and promotions to members. Each bonus has its own usage terms that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds and any related wins can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirements (rollover/turnover) for each bonus will be explicitly stated in the respective promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with one another unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Tigol reserves the right to cancel bonuses or bonus-derived wins if there is any indication of promotional abuse, use of multiple accounts, or strategies deemed unfair.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Tigol reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus program at any time without prior notice.

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any technical tools to play on the Tigol platform is a serious violation.
• Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• Tigol actively monitors gameplay patterns. Unusual patterns may trigger an account review.
• RTP information for each game is displayed transparently on its respective game page.

Tigol reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for violations of these terms and conditions. Members may also request account closure at any time through the account settings page or by contacting the support team.

• Voluntary account closure: any remaining balance (after applicable rollover obligations are deducted) will be returned to the registered payment method.
• Closure due to violations: Tigol reserves the right to withhold balances if the violation involves fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activity.
• Members who wish to limit or close their account for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion available in account settings.

Members with complaints or disputes are encouraged to contact the Tigol support team first. Our team is committed to handling every complaint fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. If an internal resolution is unsatisfactory, members may escalate the dispute to a designated arbitration body in accordance with the applicable license terms.
